My career began implementing healthcare workflow platforms alongside nurses, care managers, and operational teams, where I learned a lesson that continues to guide every product I help build today: the best technology begins with empathy—understanding the people who use it before designing the solution.

Over the past 15 years, my work has evolved from implementation and systems analysis into enterprise healthcare product strategy, digital health transformation, AI-enabled solutions, interoperability, and executive partnership. Throughout that journey, I've served as the bridge between clinical operations, business leaders, engineers, analysts, and product teams—translating complex healthcare workflows into technology that creates meaningful value for members, providers, clients, and the organizations that serve them.
